We’re lucky. We live in a place with a well-equipped kitchen, where local, sustainable, delightful foodstuffs are close by—as is a city that has a vibrant and enthusiastic restaurant scene and a growing number of ethnic food markets. Plus we’re able to travel to exotic places and explore other food cultures, and obsessive enough to want to blog about all of it. And while some of our neighbors’ habits may seem strange to us (chain restaurants, processed foods, factory farming) we hope to be welcoming and appetizing to all. Enjoy!
I don’t know what it is you’re doing but it looks grand!
The photos are particularly spectacular.
Merci, Carolyn!
Love it! You’re going to enjoy WordPress. Thanks for the link, too.
Steve, you should definitely share your vinaigrette recipe. I make it ALL the time. No more store-boughten junk!
Thanks, Sue! We’ll get back to cooking soon…
Sue, I’ll try to get in a post about salads as soon as I can get Michelle to make one. Some of that simple vinaigrette is sitting in the ‘fridge right now!
