Sorrel, yet another sign of spring

Sorrel is the sour cousin of spinach. We welcome its fresh, citrusy flavor as much as the glowing colors of wildflowers we saw on a recent walk. Dry-fried beef slivers defeat linguini with clams

Linguini with clam sauce was once Gourmandistan’s “can’t screw it up” champion. Puff pastry meat pies and a mountain of lamb

We received delivery of our second annual lamb from our neighbors, Gary and Joyce Keibler, of Hemmer Hill Farm.
